Rev. Chad W. Good

 

Pastor Chad W. Good is a Counselor and Fire Chaplain, who serves his community through service to others. 

Pastor Good received his B.A degree in Ministry from Nazarene Bible College of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He continued his education by completing his Masters of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with an emphasis in Crisis Response and Trauma, at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia. He is currently in the process of completing his Doctor of Education degree in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Trauma. 
Pastor Good proudly served 10 years in the United States Navy where he received an Honorable Discharge.
Pastor Good felt the call by God to active ministry. With this calling, the decision to leave the military was made, and by faith moved his family to Belen, New Mexico. Within a week of their arrival, Pastor Chad was installed as Lead Pastor where he has served for the last 23 years.
Pastor Chad was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He is the youngest of two children of Roger and Carole Good. He is married to Melanie (Tannery) Good of Belen, New Mexico. Pastor Good has 3 children: Kenneth J. Good, Andrew J. Good, and Kendal R. Good. 
Pastor Good is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene (2007) and is a minister in good standing. 
Pastor Good not only serves as the Lead Pastor of his church, but he is also the Fire Chaplain for the City of Rio Communities Fire Department. He also is a Commissioner on the City of Rio Communities Planning and Zoning.
Above all, Pastor Chad W. Good is a believer and teacher of God’s Word. He is dedicated to serving in ministry by demonstrating firsthand how to serve his congregation and community.
